You might not like this answer, but I would render his body/armor to the level that his face is at. The face has alot more value than the rest of his body, makes it look pasted. Smudge tool is so fab right now.
yeah i have to agree the face is awesome and it would really sell the piece if you brought it all to that level. erase the bottom of obamas face you can see it thru his arm. and i would get rid of some of the sketchy lines. all in all good work

ReplyDeleteAs far as the face/body rendering. I think the whole thing was rushed. I'd rather just start over and use a better composition and reference photos.
